Learning to be OPEN about my YouTube Channel

I’ve had a presence on YouTube since in some format since 2011. Around this age I assumed all the content I put out was great and would share it with people at school to the point of adding everyone in my friends list into a chat and sending out a video link to my comedy series “life sucks”, I did podcasts and even sang on YouTube on the same channel. My sense of embarrassment didn’t seem to be present.

Game Design: My Idea Generator

So I came up with a system last year which I used for a period of time over summer. It allows you to come up with self created ideas which should be triggered by asking you simple questions. I managed to come up with a few ideas I might share one day using this system I made.

My career path and what I want to achieve!

I’ve always enjoyed games and wanted to make games however it never really seemed like a viable option until I was in sixth form. I changed which career I wanted to take a lot, from an early age you have to choose options at gcse, when I had no idea of what I wanted to do. Yet these gcse’s affect what you can do at sixth form or college and therefore what you can do at University.

You can actually download one of my games!

So the Global Game Jam 2016 has come and gone, I worked in a group of 3. I was the only coder in the team, whilst the others helped come up with our initial idea. The others also made all the art and some of the sounds. The game jam was 48 hours long, the longest I have ever participated in, of which we used around 24 hours.
